Dog Is Love offers certain products through recurring subscription plans.
By selecting a subscription option and completing your purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription frequency and price displayed to you before checkout.
Recurring Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew at the billing frequency selected when you subscribe unless you cancel it before your next scheduled billing date.
The applicable price and billing frequency are displayed before you complete your subscription purchase.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
Dog Is Love does not charge a cancellation penalty or cancellation fee.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals.
Orders Already Processed
Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed or entered processing.
Orders already processed remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Each eligible subscription order is independently protected by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, beginning on the date that shipment is delivered.
Approved refunds do not require the product to be physically returned.

Failed Payments
